We sell handmade gemstone jewelry, fashion jewelry, and provide an in-store Charm Bar for custom jewelry creation.

• Availability & Variations: All products and services are subject to availability and may vary slightly from images shown online.

• Custom Jewelry: Items made at our Charm Bar are personalized and often one-of-a-kind; these pieces may be non-refundable except in cases of product defect or error on our part.

3. Pricing & Payments

• All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice.

• Payment in full is required at the time of purchase.

• Taxes and other applicable fees may apply as required by law.

4. Returns & Refund Policy

• Custom Pieces: Personalized items created at the Charm Bar cannot be returned or refunded unless defective.

• Standard Jewelry: Unused, non-custom jewelry may be returned within 7 days of purchase with a valid receipt, provided it is in original condition and packaging.

• Sale Items: All sale or clearance items are final sale.

5. Jewelry Care & Allergy Disclaimer

• Our charms and jewelry are made with 316L surgical-grade stainless steel and PVD-coated 18K gold, designed to resist tarnish and be hypoallergenic.

• While we take great care in material selection, we cannot guarantee against individual skin reactions or allergies.

• Customers are responsible for proper care and handling of all jewelry items.
